History

Mazars Employee Benefits Limited was formed in January 2012 by the merger of two businesses, Redbourne Limited and the corporate business of Mazars Financial Planning Limited. Both are wholly owned subsidiaries of Mazars LLP.

Mazars Financial Planning was established over 15 years ago and has been providing employee benefit advisory services as part of its range of services over that time.  Redbourne was set up in 2000 and developed the technology platform which forms the foundation of our employee benefit management service today.  Redbourne was acquired by Mazars in 2011 to support the launch of a full employee benefit service proposition.  
 
By combining these businesses, we offer clients a complete employee benefits advisory and management service with the backing of a global tax and business advisory organisation.  We also have access to a wide range of complementary services from HR to payroll and various advisory services, including tax and financial for both businesses and individuals.
