  • Steve Carter – Director, Software Engineering

     

    Steve has been in technology-based industries for over 20 years in a career starting with software and hardware product design, followed by engineering and general management. Before the formation of Mazars Employee Benefits and Redbourne, Steve was a Vice President at a data communications company, 3Com Corporation working in various roles. He has vast experience in project management, personnel management and business process re-engineering.

    Within Mazars Employee Benefits, he is responsible for the management of the technology development team, project implementation and operations.

  • Richard Stewart – Director, Head of Employee Benefits

     

    Richard Stewart is an employee benefit consultant with over 25 years’ experience and specialises in working with clients to improve their employee benefit packages. This includes benefit design (flex, salary sacrifice, fixed), benefits technology and communications/engagement strategies.

    Richard has an enormous amount of experience working with organisations implementing enhanced employee benefit packages and also has long-term relationships with market leading benefit providers.  Richard is a qualified adviser and holds the Chartered Insurance Institutes Advanced Financial Planning Pension’s qualification.

    Richard is a regular public speaker on the subject of flexible benefits and associated topics. 

  • Joy Waugh - Client Services and Implementations Manager

     

    Joy works on all aspects of the administration of benefit schemes, flexible benefits in particular, for clients. She undertakes implementation and renewal planning and project management and is an expert on the technical capabilities and processes of the benefits platform.

    Prior to joining the Mazars Employee Benefits, Joy worked at Redbourne and gained a Diploma in Financial Services Management whilst working for HSBC.

  • Stuart Mansell-Brown, Corporate Benefits Operations Manager

     

    Stuart joined Mazars in April 2011 as Operations Manager in the Employee Benefits division. He has worked in the Employee Benefits / Financial Services arena for more than 20 years and has built up considerable knowledge of a suite of arrangements including the group pensions, risk & healthcare markets and other flexible benefits arrangements.

    He is responsible for the smooth running of the Mazars Employee Benefits, including administration, advisory support, client & provider relations, contract negotiations and management reporting.
