Working with Mazars Employee Benefits

Basilea Pharmaceuticals approached usas part of a market review to find an employee benefit service provider to enable them to launch a competitive benefit package to support their UK recruitment drive and to enable them to compete for key UK employees working in the pharmaceutical sector, mostly for larger organisations like GSK and Pfizer. 

With around 40 employees in the UK office, Basilea found that we were one of the few providers able to deliver a commercially viable solution without compromising on the quality of the solution.  Successfully launched in 2008, Basilea now has an effective tool to aid their recruitment drive in the UK whilst also experiencing high levels of positive employee feedback from those already in the plan.

 

Design – our consulting team, working with Basilea’s HR and Finance diterctors, was able to develop a plan design which provided a competitive structure to attract new recruits.

Implementation – our complete service proposition enabled Basilea to progress the project with a single provider from initial feasibility through to employee launch communication and also the placing of the benefits with best of breed providers.

Ongoing support – finally, with the plan successfully launched, we provide a fully outsourced administration service centred on their on-line benefits management system.  Employees are also provided with full support through help lines and access to personal advice where needed.
