Regulation

Mazars Employee Benefits Limited is an Appointed Representative of Mazars Financial Planning Limited which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority.

Advice to employers on group risk schemes (e.g. medical insurance and group life cover) is regulated by the FSA, as is providing financial advice (e.g. retirement planning advice) to employees. Advice to employers on setting up a pension scheme for their employees is not regulated by the FSA neither is the provision of services, information and advice in relation to benefit administration, salary sacrifice, employee communications, Total Reward Statements and technology/systems.
